Your Expertise Is the Asset.
We Build the Platform.
Most business podcasts fade out by episode six. Not because the host lacks ideas — but because no one built the strategy, the system, or the support behind them. We do all of that.
This Is Not a Podcast Editing Service.
Anyone can clean up audio. We build the infrastructure behind a podcast that actually works — the strategy, the guests, the content system, and the distribution engine that turns one conversation into ten pieces of content.
Our job is to take everything you know — the insight, the opinions, the relationships — and turn it into the most efficient authority-building asset in your business.
You show up. We handle everything else.
That means we handle:

Concept development and positioning

Episode strategy and editorial calendar

Guest research, outreach, and coordination

Interview question development

Recording session management

Full editing and post-production

Short-form clips for social media

Distribution across platforms

Paid amplification campaigns

Monthly performance reporting
Starting a Podcast Is Easy.
Building One That Works Is Different.
We’ve seen the same patterns repeat across industries and markets. Business podcasts fail for predictable reasons — and almost none of them are about audio quality. The six reasons most business podcasts never reach their potential:

No strategy behind the concept.
The topic sounds good at launch but has no alignment with the business it’s meant to support.

No guest pipeline.
You scramble for guests after episode three, and quality drops.

No content system.
The episode goes live, sits on Spotify, and does nothing else for the business.

No consistency.
Production becomes a burden, episodes slip, the audience evaporates.

No distribution strategy.
You publish. You wait. Nobody finds it.

No measurement.
You can’t tell if it’s working, so you can’t improve it.
A podcast without a strategy is just expensive audio storage.
Strategy First. Microphones Second.
Before we record a single word, we build the foundation: understanding your audience, your positioning, your commercial goals, and the competitive landscape you’re operating in.

“We struggled with lead generation for months until we sought help from Ramage Digital. It was one of our best business decisions to work with Ramage Digital, our qualified leads increased and we’re not able to connect with high-potential clients consistently!”

PostionQuestions, Answered.
What is included in your podcast production service?
Our service covers the full podcast lifecycle: concept development, episode strategy, guest research and coordination, interview preparation, recording session management, full editing and post-production, short-form content creation, distribution to all major platforms, paid amplification, and monthly performance reporting. You show up. We handle everything else.
Is this just a podcast editing service?
No. Editing is one component of what we do. Many clients come to us because they've tried editing-only services and found that production quality wasn't the problem — strategy, consistency, and content distribution were. We solve all of those.
How much does podcast production cost?
Pricing varies depending on episode frequency, production scope, and whether amplification is included. We work with clients on monthly retainer packages. Book a discovery call and we'll walk you through what makes sense for your goals and budget.
How long before we launch?
Most clients are ready to record their first episode within 3 to 4 weeks of engagement. That covers strategy development, concept finalisation, guest pipeline setup, and technical configuration. We don't rush the setup because the foundation determines everything.
Do you help with guest outreach?
Yes. Guest coordination is a core part of what we do. We research, shortlist, and reach out to guests on your behalf — handling all scheduling, briefing, and pre-interview preparation. You focus on the conversation; we make sure the right people are in it.
What platforms will my podcast be on?
We distribute to all major podcast platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, iHeart Radio, and Pocket Casts. We also manage YouTube channel setup for video podcasts or audiograms.
Do I need professional recording equipment?
Not necessarily. We'll assess your recording situation during onboarding and provide guidance on what you need. Many of our clients record remotely with simple setups. We'd rather help you record consistently than wait for a perfect studio setup.
What happens to each episode after it's recorded?
After recording, each episode goes through editing, transcript generation, show notes creation, and clip production. We then distribute the full episode, upload clips to social channels, publish the blog post, and send you the LinkedIn post series. One episode produces a week's worth of content.
Can you help with an existing podcast that isn't getting traction?
Yes. We offer podcast audits for shows that are already running but underperforming. We'll diagnose the issue — whether it's strategy, consistency, content quality, or distribution — and recommend what to change. Contact us to discuss.
How do you measure success?
We track episode downloads, listener growth, content engagement (clips, posts), website referral traffic from podcast content, and — most importantly — leads and conversations attributed to the podcast. We provide a monthly performance report with clear metrics and recommendations.
Do you work with regional businesses?
Yes. In fact, regional and niche-market businesses often see the strongest results from a well-positioned podcast — because the competition for that specific audience's attention is lower. We work with clients across Australia, including in regional markets.
What industries do you work with?
We work across professional services (accounting, law, finance, consulting), agribusiness, B2B technology, health, and regional businesses. The common thread is expertise worth sharing — not industry category.
LET'S BUILD IT
Ready to Build the Platform Your Expertise Deserves?
A discovery call takes 30 minutes. You’ll leave with a clear view of whether a podcast is right for you, what a strategy would look like, and what it would take to build it properly.
